Shipping and returns

SHIPPING (English version - Find Danish version below):

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING / if you shop for more than 500 DKK / 69 €. 
  • Worldwide shipping available from 45 DKK / 6 usd / 5,4 euro

Danish orders:

  • For orders below 500 DKK in Denmark a shipment fee of 29 DKK will be charged. We use postnord or GLS and send to "pakkeshop".
  • It is also possible to choose "Home delivery" for 45 DKK.
  • Danish orders will typically be delivered within 1-3 work days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

International orders: 

  • Choose your preffered shipping solution at check out. 
  • We offer free shipping with tracking but no trace for orders above 500 DKK / 79,5 usd / 67,5 euro. Delivery time: 5 - 15 work days + customs. 
  • Worldwide shipping available from 45 DKK / 6 usd / 5,4 euro. 
  • Express delivery 2-3 work days available from 300 DKK / 50 usd / 40 euro.

All products are sent from Denmark and can be shipped international. On cloud nine will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and we do everything we can to be as accurate as possible. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days (Monday – Friday). Please note: Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. On cloud nine is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. In case your garments are damaged upon arrival please report it to the shipping company immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return your garments to us. On cloud nine is not responsible for any garments damaged during transportation. We always pack everything carefully to reduce this risk.

RETURNS: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days after you have received your products. If you wish to exchange or return an item - please email info@oncloudnine.dk and let us know if you wish to exchange to another size, color, style or wish your money back. 

All items must be returned in the same state they were received in. Returns and exchanges are to be paid and handle by you and at your own risk. Returns that are damage or have been worn may be rejected and send back to you again and/or refund will be refused. Once we have received the return-items, we will send you the style or size you wish instead / or credit the amount to the same card used for the purchase. Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you. 

DAMAGED ITEM In case of manufacturing defects please contact our costumer service immediately at info@oncloudnine.dk. Please inform us about the problem as detailed as possible and attach pictures. Please make sure the item is delivered back safe and make sure to get a receipt for the shipping so we can refund the amount.

If the style cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Vi tilbyder fri fragt / levering til pakkeshop for ordre over 500 kr.
  • For ordre under 500 kr. koster fragt 29 kr./levering til pakkeshop. 
  • Hvis du ønsker hjemmelevering kan dette tilvælges til 45 DKK.

RETURNERING: Vi tager gerne varer retur eller bytter til andre varer inden for 30 dage efter, at du har modtaget din ordre. Såfremt du ønsker at ombytte en vare, send os da en mail på: info@oncloudnine.dk og lad os vide hvilken varer, farve og størrelse du ønsker i stedet. Alle varer skal returneres i samme stand som ved køb. Fragtomkostninger i tilfælde af returneringer eller ombytning tilfalder køber, og fragten sker på købers eget ansvar. Vi tager ikke imod beskadigede returvarer eller varer, der er blevet brugt. Disse varer vil blive sendt retur til køber eller afvist. Når vi har modtaget returvarer, tilbagebetaler vi beløbet til samme kort, som betalingen skete fra. 

REKLAMATIONER: I tilfælde af fabrikationsfejl bedes du omgående kontakte vores kundeservice på info@oncloudnine.dk og beskriv fejlen så detaljeret som muligt og vedlæg gerne billede. Herefter bedes du sende varen retur. Sørg for at få en kvittering for afsendelsen, så vi kan tilbagebetale fragtomkostningerne. Hvis fejlen ikke kan udbedres, og varen ikke længere er på lager, vil du modtage det fulde beløb retur.
